Tomorrow is the big Conner Prairie Field Trip. Students need to be at school by 6:30. They will need to check in with me as soon as they get here. Buses pull out by 6:45am and will return to Northpoint at 6:00pm. Please be sure to check the weather for Indianapolis. We think it is going to be warm (80s) and wet (rain showers). Students will need to dress appropriately. Also remember that students are not allowed to bring any technology with them. See my email on Friday for more details.
Language Arts: Today we read chapters 24-27 in our novel. Students worked on their different jobs for their literature circle. They also worked on Day 6 of their lit log. Any work not done is homework. We also took some 4th grade reading assessments.
Math: Today in math we continued to learn about unit pricing and rate problems. Students found the unit price for super market ads. We did journal pages 322 and 323. Homework is Study Link 12-5.
Health: Today we reviewed how to make healthy food choices. We also learned about food labels and the kinds of information that they give us. Students need to do numbers1-4 on page 131.
