Don't forget to keep track of those reading minutes. Make sure you write down the minutes after each reading session! The calendar is due for the first time on Friday!!!
Science Expo Open House is until 5:00 on Thursday. Make plans to pick up your project that afternoon.
Language Arts
We had a busy and quick day! We reviewed language skills and had DEAR time. Then we read chapters 7&8 in The Cricket In Times Square. We started our vocabulary for those chapters and started our comprehension sheet. Those items are homework if they aren't done. We went to gym and music.
There is a camp under tomorrow. Bring your gear and plenty of books to read.
Math
We talked about how to use a calculator to add and subtract positive and negative integers. We also practiced this skill on our white boards. Study Link 7.10 is homework. Be careful there is a front and back.
Note about tomorrow. Tomorrow we are going to start reviewing for our math test. I think the math test will be on Monday. The review is very, very long. We covered quite a few concepts. I am not planning on having everyone complete it tomorrow. There will be time to complete it on Thursday.
Science
We finished up Science Expo Presentations. We reviewed the study guide for tomorrow's quiz.
