The I Love To Read Challenge officially starts today. There is no homework tonight but everyone should spend some time reading. Remember to have a parent sign the pink reading log after you record your minutes.
Language Arts - Today we took two ISTEP tests and worked on poetry.
Math - We didn't meet today. I'll see you tomorrow.
Science - Today we talked about constellations and the different stories that go with the constellation Orion. We will continue this tomorrow. We also looked up our latitudes and longitudes using the website www.itouchmap.com/latlong.html. We will use this information in the upcoming star count.
5th graders - Don't forget your permission slips for the pops concert!
