Woohoo Wednesday

Another great day outside!

Language Arts: We reviewed spelling and grammar today. We also reread the story. We read good books and visited with James Whitcomb Riley. He explained what life was like 200 years ago and recited some of his famous poetry.

Don't forget to read, read, read!

Math: Today we worked on fraction of and percentage of problems. It is a confuing process but we are still working on it. There is no homework tonight as we practice this skill.

Science: Today we learned about erosion and deposition. We are learning how the grand canyon was formed. Homework: If you didn't finish the response sheet - stream tables, do it for homework. It is due first thing tomorrow.

Don't forget to go out and record your magnitude numbers for let there be night.
