Happy Friday

Happy Friday everyone!

Homeroom
An orange piece of paper went home earlier this week that explained about a special project Stars In Service is sponsoring. We are adopting families that need a little extra help this holiday season. We are collecting food and other necessities. Our classroom is adopting one family. So if you can donate, please send in non-perishable food items, gift cards, or other household necessities. We would like to help another family have a great Thanksgiving

Language Arts
Today we took tests over this week's skills. We also played 20 questions about the animals we researched. The point of the game was to generate questions to discover each student's animal. We still have about 8 students who need to go. We will do that on Monday.

Math
Today we played a game called First to 100. The game had many purposes. We practiced skills that we have learned in math. We also practiced substituting numbers for variables. This will help us as we continue to develop our algebra skills.

Science
We watched a video today to review all that we have learned about circuits. We will start the electromagnet investigation on Monday.
