Marvelous Monday

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Friday is PJ day. PTO is using this as part of the their fund raising campaign. Students who bring in $1.00 can where their PJs to school. They may also bring slippers for when they are in the classroom.

Language Arts.
Double specials today! Music and then IMC. We then came back and took our spelling pretest. We wrote some complex sentences during grammar. We reviewed our vocabulary: endless, realistic, universe, astronaut, sensible, protested and paralyzed. We also talked about characters and inferences. We learn a lot about characters by what they say and what they do. We listened to our story: The Astronaut and the Onion.
