What a quick week! Time for Friday and assessments all ready!
Language Arts
Today we reviewed our spelling definitions and how to combine sentences. In vocabulary vine, we reviewed for tomorrow's quiz and had DEAR time. We also reread the story and reviewed comparing and contrasting. Don't forget that weekly homework is due tomorrow and tomorrow is assessment day.
Students should be bringing home last week's assessments today. We talked about doing our personal best and really showing what we learned doing the week.
Math
Today we took our first test! They will be graded and returned as soon as everyone finishes it. No homework
Health
Our focus today was on the the mental and emotional changes that occur as we grow older. We are also practicing our abstract thinking skills. No homework.
