Homeroom-
WSTAR applications went home today. 10 students expressed interest in helping out on our morning news show. Please go over the application carefully with your child. It is important that the news have people who can make the commitment and be on time.
I also sent home a note asking for help with Mozzarella today. So please look that over and check what you would be willing to help out with. If you can't help out, that's okay too. I'm looking for a place for Mozzy to stay this weekend. She does okay over 2 day weekends, but 3 days may be a stretch.... Any takers? send me an email or a note in with your child tomorrow.
Language Arts-
What a crazy day! Today we reviewed Greek and Latin roots in vocabulary vine. We got our picutres taken and read our story. A humongous thank you to all of those moms who helped out with the pictures. We also went to specials.
Just a reminder: Book orders are due on Friday AM.
Math-
I returned yesterday's quiz. Students have the opportunity to earn back 1/2 a point on every point that they missed. They need to do the work in a color other than black or orange so I can tell what was changed.
We reviewed how to solve divisibility problems and learned about square numbers. Study link 1.7 is homework.
Health-
We took a test today over chapter 1.
