Language Arts
We continued reviewing last year's Greek and Latin Roots. Tomorrow we are going to play a game about the root words. We reviewed the grammar skills. We also reviewed compound words and the different parts of a website. All of these skills and the ones listed on Monday will be assessed tomorrow.
Book orders are also due tomorrow. Scholastic is a great way to get books cheaply. Did you notice that many of the books in the brochure now have the lexile listed next to the book? What a great way to get books for the book project and AR test.
Math
Today we worked on prime factorization. We learned to make factor trees. Homework is Study Link 1.9
Health
We talked about how good communication is necessary for family unity.
